If the pump says the PIN from the app is wrong, it’s most likely because the wrong fuel card details have been recorded in the system. It isn’t your fault and you didn’t mistype it.
Do this:
- If you have enough fuel: report it to customer service so we can correct the card details. Give the car’s registration number and the 3-4 digits in the bottom left corner of the fuel card.
- If you’re running low on fuel: you can pay for the fuel yourself. We’ll refund the amount against your receipt.
