The cars carry Neste service station fuel cards, so you refuel during your booking without using your own money. You can also use the card to pay for a car wash or windscreen washer fluid.
- The card is usually in the glovebox, but it may also be in the door pocket or the centre console.
- The PIN is in the Omago app, in the active booking view.
- Mark the car as refuelled at the end of your booking. You’ll get a €3 bonus for it.
So refuelling is paid for with the Neste card in the car — it isn’t charged to you separately. Fuel costs are included in the per-kilometre charge, which is invoiced at the end of the booking based on the kilometres driven.
