You can change, pause or cancel your membership yourself in the Omago app.
The membership ends at the end of the current billing period — so you can use the membership benefits until the period is over.
If you don’t want to pay a monthly fee but want to keep your account, cancel the membership. The account then moves to the “no membership” state, where no monthly fee is charged and you can still book cars at the no-membership rates.
