If refuelling didn’t work with the card in the car, you can pay for the fuel yourself. We’ll refund the amount against your receipt.
Do this:
- Email the receipt to [email protected].
- Include the account number and the account holder’s name, so we know where to pay the refund.
We normally process the refund within two working days. Depending on your bank, it can take longer than that to appear on your account.
The same applies to other justified costs you’ve had to pay because of the car — a key battery, for example. Send the receipt to the same address.
