Every booking leaves a receipt in the booking system. You’ll find it under My bookings in the Omago app.
The receipt shows the time of the booking, the kilometres driven and the total that follows from them, along with any extras.
The monthly fee appears as a separate charge, not on a booking receipt.
If the receipt and the charge on your account don’t match, contact customer service at [email protected] and we’ll look into it.
