Petrol and diesel cars: if the tank is under ¼ full, refuel the car with the Neste card in the car before returning it.
Electric cars: plug the car in to charge at its home location at the end of the booking. The battery doesn’t need to be full.
This makes sure the next user can get going. If a car clearly has too little fuel or charge when you take it, let customer service know.
