An accident or damage while driving

In a collision or a traffic accident, you are required to report it both to the police and to Omago.

Do this:

1. Make sure nobody is hurt. Call 112 if needed.
2. Call Omago customer service on 0201277799. The line is open around the clock.
3. Take photographs of the damage to the vehicles.
4. Email a written account of what happened to [email protected], stating the place and time of the accident and the other party’s registration number and personal details.
