You can request deletion of your user account directly in the Omago app.
When the account is deleted, your user details are anonymised. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires.
An account cannot be deleted while it has outstanding payments. Pay those first, and the deletion request can then be processed.
If you’d rather not delete the account altogether, you can simply cancel your membership.
