Return the car to its home area, which is shown to you in the app. Follow the parking instructions for the return location.
The checks that go with the return are shown to you in the app when you end the booking. Go through them before you leave the car.
Also remember:
- Always leave the key in the car.
- If the tank is under ¼ full, refuel with the Neste card in the car. You’ll get a €3 refuelling bonus for this when you mark the car as refuelled at the end of your booking.
- An electric car is plugged in to charge at its home location at the end of the booking.
Private customers: return the car to its own parking space. If the space is taken, park as close as possible in a permitted spot and let customer service know.
