Open the doors by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view of the app.
Disconnect the charging cable, close the flap, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive. If the charger is fixed, there’s no need to take it with you. A second cable can be found in the car’s trunk.
Enter the vehicle — the car starts automatically upon entry.
Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to suit you. Fasten your seatbelt.
The gear lever is located behind the steering wheel on the right side. It is operated by twisting the stalk
Release the parking brake, shift into gear, and start driving.
While Driving
When parking during your reservation, you can lock and unlock the doors via the app’s reservation view.

For minor damages (e.g., scratches, dents), you may also report them directly via the system before ending your reservation.
Ending the Reservation
Return the car to the same location you started from.
Reconnect the charger — first to the car, then to the charging station.
Make sure to take all personal belongings from the car.
Lock the doors and end the reservation via the app.
After ending, you’ll see a summary of your reservation. Report any issues directly in the system.
