The join code is specific to each housing company. You enter it while registering, and it links your account to the housing company’s shared-use agreement.
Where to get the code:
- It’s in the housing-company leaflet distributed to residents.
- You can also get it by asking Omago customer service.
Note that your property manager may not know the code.
When you ask us for the code, tell us your housing company’s name and your address so we can give you the right one. We always check the address details before issuing a code, so we can’t hand out a code without confirming residency.
