Opening the Doors and Starting the Drive

  • Open the doors using the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
  • Disconnect the charging cable, close the flap, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive.
    If the charger is fixed, there’s no need to bring it along.
    A second charging cable can be found in the trunk.
  • Enter the vehicle. Press the brake pedal firmly, then press the Start/Stop button to start the car.
    As an electric vehicle, it starts silently — check the instrument panel for the “READY” light to confirm it’s on.
  • Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel, and fasten your seatbelt.
  • Move the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse).
    Release the parking brake if necessary and begin driving.

While Driving

  • The physical key can be found in the glove compartment and may be used during your reservation.
    Remember to return it there at the end of your trip.
  • If going on a longer trip (over 200 km), plan your charging stops in advance.
    The Neste card in the car cannot be used for EV charging.
    Charging costs during the reservation are your responsibility.

  • Minor damages (e.g., dents, scratches) can also be reported directly through the system before ending your reservation.

Ending the Reservation and Reconnecting the Charger

  1. Park the vehicle at the same location where your trip started.
  2. Plug the charger into the car first, then into the charging station or wall socket.
  3. The charging port flap can be opened by pressing the unlock button on the key fob.
  4. Leave the key inside the vehicle and make sure all personal items are removed.
  5. Lock the doors and end the reservation via the app.
  6. After ending, a summary of your reservation will be displayed.
    Report any issues directly through the system.
