Open the doors by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view of the app.
Enter the vehicle — you’re ready to drive.
Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to your comfort. Fasten your seatbelt.
The car’s physical keys are located in the glove compartment.
Release the parking brake and start driving.
During the Drive
While parked during your reservation, you can lock and unlock the doors using the app from the reservation view.
The physical keys are stored in the glove compartment — remember to return them there at the end of your drive.
If the fuel is low, you may refuel the car. All vehicles are equipped with a Neste fuel card, which can be used at any Neste station in Finland. Charges are automatically handled via the fuel card. If bonus criteria are met, you will receive a €3 bonus for refueling.
The fuel flap is opened using the car key.
In case of damage, accidents, or any issues, contact our customer service immediately: 📞 020 127 7799 For minor scratches, dents, or other marks, you may also report them directly through the system before ending your reservation.
Ending the Reservation
At the end of your reservation, return the car to its original location.
Take all personal belongings with you and leave the keys inside the vehicle.
Lock the doors and end the reservation through the app.
After ending, you’ll see a summary of your reservation. Report any issues or feedback through the system.
