Open the doors using the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
Enter the vehicle. The physical keys are located in the glove compartment.
Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel, then fasten your seatbelt.
Start the engine and move the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse).
Release the parking brake if necessary, and begin driving.
While Driving
⛽ Refueling
If the fuel is low, you may refuel the car. Each vehicle is equipped with a Neste fuel card, which can be used at any Neste station in Finland. The cost will be charged to the fuel card. A €3 bonus may be credited to you if bonus conditions are met.
Fuel type: Use 95 E10 gasoline.
Fuel flap: Open by gently pressing it from the outside.
⚠️ Warning Lights
Low tire pressure: A yellow tire icon will appear. Check the tires visually — if they look and feel full, you may continue driving.
Ending the Reservation
Leave the keys inside the car and make sure you take all your belongings.
Lock the doors and end the reservation in the app.
After ending, a summary of your reservation will be displayed. Report any issues or concerns directly in the system.
