Opening the Doors and Starting the Drive

  • Open the doors using the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
    If the doors don’t open, press the tailgate release button on the car, then try unlocking through the app again.
  • Disconnect the charging cable, close the flap, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive.
    If the charger is fixed, you don’t need to bring the cable.
    A second cable can be found in the car’s trunk.
  • Enter the vehicle. Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to your comfort. Fasten your seatbelt.
  • Press the brake pedal firmly, then press the Start/Stop button to start the car.
  • Shift the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse) and begin driving.

During the Drive

  • You’ll find the car keys in the glove compartment; you may use them during your reservation.
    Don’t forget to return the keys there at the end of your trip.
  • For longer journeys (over 200 km), plan suitable charging stations in advance.
    The Neste card in the car cannot be used for charging. Charging costs during your reservation are your responsibility.

  • If the car sustains minor damage (e.g., dents, scratches), you may also report it directly in the system before ending your reservation.

Ending the Reservation and Reconnecting the Charger

  1. Park the car at the same location where you started.
  2. Plug the charger in first to the car, then to the charging station.
  3. Open the charging flap by pressing it.
  4. Leave the keys inside the car and take all your personal belongings.
  5. Lock the doors and end the reservation through the app.
  6. After ending, a summary of your reservation will be shown.
    Report any issues directly through the system.
