Open the doors through the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
Disconnect the charging cable, close the flap, and place the cable in the trunk during the drive.
The charging cable lock can be released by pressing the unlock button on the key fob.
If the charger is fixed to the charging point, you do not need to take the cable with you.
Another cable can be found in the car’s trunk.
Get into the car. Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to suit you. Fasten your seatbelt.
Start the car by pressing the brake and the Start/Stop button.
On the center console’s gear selector keypad, press D (drive) or R (reverse) to begin driving.

You will find the actual car keys in the glove compartment, which you can use during your reservation.
Please remember to return them to the glove compartment after your drive.
If going on a longer trip (over 100 km), plan suitable charging stops in advance.
The Neste card in the car cannot be used for charging.
During the reservation, the cost of charging is covered by the customer.
Our customer service can assist you in finding suitable charging stations.

If the car suffers minor damage, scratches, or marks, you can also report them directly via the system before ending the reservation.

Park the car back at its original location.
Always plug the charger into the car first, then into the wall socket or charging pole.
The charging port flap is opened using the unlock button on the key fob.
Leave the keys inside the car and make sure you take all your belongings with you.
Lock the doors and end the reservation from the app.
After ending, you will see a summary of your reservation.
