Opening the Doors and Starting the Drive

• Open the doors by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view in the app.
• Disconnect the charging cable, close the flap, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive.
  If the charger is fixed, you don’t need to take it with you.
  You’ll find another cable in the car’s trunk.
• Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel as needed, and fasten your seatbelt.
• Start the car using the Start-Stop button.
• The gear lever is located behind the steering wheel on the right side.
  The gear is changed by twisting the lever (see video for demo).
• Release the parking brake, put the car in gear, and start driving.

While Driving

• When parking, you can open and lock the doors via the reservation view in the app.
• In case of accidents, collisions, or other issues, always contact our customer service immediately:

• If the car suffers minor damage, scratches, or marks, you can report them directly via the system before ending your reservation.

Ending the Reservation

• At the end of your reservation, return the car to its original location.
• Reconnect the charger — plug it into the car first, then into the charger unit.
• Take all your belongings with you.
• Lock the doors and end the reservation through the app.
• After ending the reservation, you’ll see a summary.
  Report any issues or discrepancies through the system.
