Open the doors from the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
Enter the vehicle. The physical car keys are located in the glove compartment.
Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel, then fasten your seatbelt.
Start the car and shift the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse).
If needed, release the parking brake and begin driving.
While Driving
⛽ Refueling
If fuel is low, you can refuel the vehicle. The car includes a Neste fuel card, which can be used at all Neste stations in Finland. The cost is automatically charged to the card. If you meet the bonus criteria, you’ll be credited a €3 bonus for refueling.
Fuel type: Use 95 E10 gasoline.
Fuel flap: Open by gently pressing the flap from the outside.
⚠️ Warning Lights
Low tire pressure: A yellow tire icon will appear. Visually check the tires — if they look and feel full, you may continue driving.
Ending the Reservation
Leave the keys inside the car and ensure you’ve taken all your personal items.
Lock the doors and end the reservation via the app.
After ending, you will see a summary of your reservation. Report any issues directly through the system.
