Open the doors by tapping the “Open doors” button in the app’s reservation view.
Press the lock symbol located behind the charging flap (see image).
Disconnect the charging cable first from the car, then from the charging station. Close the flap by pressing it, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive.
Enter the vehicle and you’re ready to go.
Starting the Car and Driving
Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel, then fasten your seatbelt.
Press the brake pedal, then press the power button to start the car (see image).
With the brake pedal pressed, select gear using the lever on the right side of the steering wheel.
Release the brake and press the accelerator gently if needed — the car will begin moving.
While Driving
When parking during your reservation, you can lock and unlock the car using the physical key found in the glove compartment. Remember to return the key there when ending your reservation.
For longer trips (over 200 km), plan charging stops in advance. The car includes a Neste station card (for e.g. windshield washer fluid purchases). Our customer service can assist with charging locations, or you can check them yourself at latauskartta.fi.

You may also report minor damage (scratches, dents, etc.) via the system before ending your reservation.
Ending the Reservation and Reconnecting the Charger
Park the car at its original starting point.
Open the charging flap on the front right side of the car by pressing it. Plug in the charging cable first to the car, then to the charging station.
Take all personal belongings and leave the key inside the car.
Close the doors and press the END RESERVATION button in the app. This will automatically lock the doors.
After ending the reservation, you’ll see a summary. You may report any relevant notes or issues directly in the system.
