Opening the Doors and Starting the Drive

  • Open the doors using the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
  • Disconnect the charging cable by pressing “Unlock charging port” on the car’s touchscreen.
    Close the flap and place the cable in the trunk for the drive.
    If the charger is fixed, there’s no need to bring the cable.
    A second charging cable can be found in the trunk.
  • Enter the vehicle. Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to your preference. Fasten your seatbelt.
  • The car is ready to drive when you press the brake pedal and shift the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse).
    The selector is located behind the steering wheel on the right.
    To park, press the P button at the end of the selector.

While Driving

  • The key card can be found in the glove compartment or center console, and can be used during your reservation.
    Please remember to return the card at the end of your trip.
  • To lock the car during your reservation, hold the key card briefly against the driver’s side B-pillar (the post between the doors).
    The lights will flash and the doors will lock.
  • For longer trips (over 300 km), plan suitable charging locations in advance.
    The Neste card in the car cannot be used for charging.
    Charging during the reservation must be paid by you.

  • In the case of accidents, damage, or other issues, always contact support immediately:

  • Minor damages (scratches, dents, etc.) can be reported directly in the system before ending the reservation.

Ending the Reservation and Reconnecting the Charger

  1. Park the car in the same spot where the trip began.
  2. The car will shut down and enter sleep mode automatically when you exit.
  3. Always connect the charger first to the car, then to the wall unit or charging post.
    Open the charging flap via the touchscreen lightning bolt icon next to the charge port.
  4. Leave the key card inside the car and make sure you’ve taken all personal belongings.
  5. Lock the doors and end the reservation via the app.
  6. After ending, you will see a summary of your reservation.
    Report any issues through the system.
