Open the doors through the app by tapping the “Open doors” button in the reservation view.
Disconnect the charging cable, close the charging flap, and place the cable in the trunk for the drive. The charging lock releases by pressing the unlock button on the key fob. If the charger is fixed to the station, there’s no need to bring the cable with you. A second cable can be found in the trunk.
Enter the vehicle. Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel to your preference. Fasten your seatbelt.
Start the car by pressing the brake pedal, then the Start/Stop button.
Shift the gear selector to D (Drive) or R (Reverse) to begin driving.
While Driving
You’ll find the physical car keys in the glove compartment, which you can use during your reservation. Please return them there at the end of your drive.
If you plan a longer trip (over 200 km), check suitable charging stations in advance. The Neste card in the car cannot be used for charging. Charging during the reservation is at your own expense. Our customer service can assist with charging station info.

For minor damage (scratches, dents, etc.), you may also report them directly through the system before ending the reservation.
Ending the Reservation and Reconnecting the Charger
Park the car at the same location where your trip began.
Always plug the charger into the car first, then into the charging point. Open the charging flap using the unlock button on the key fob.
Leave the keys inside the car and take all your belongings with you.
Lock the doors and end the reservation through the app.
After ending, you will see a summary of your reservation. Report any issues or discrepancies through the system.
