1. Download the app
– Register as a user. You will receive a text message once your account has been verified.
– Once the account is verified, you will see car icons on the map.
2. Choose a car
– Choose a car from the map or list. At the start of the reservation, the car will be located within its designated home area (marked in blue on the map). If the car has a “P” icon, it will be found at a specific parking spot. For OneWay cars, reservations can only start from the current moment onward (no reservation calendar available for OneWay cars).
– Make a reservation for your desired time by selecting the time from the reservation calendar.
3. Activate your reservation
– You can activate your reservation 5 minutes before the start time.
– When activation is possible, you will see the car’s location and specific instructions for that car. You can also check the location earlier by clicking on the upcoming reservation.
If the car is still in use, the icon will appear grey on the map and the actual location will not be shown.
4. Check the condition of the car
– If you notice any new damage, report it in the app.
– After checking the car condition, your reservation is activated
– You can now open the car doors using the app.
5. Drive and enjoy
– During your reservation, you can lock and unlock the car using the keys found inside the vehicle.
– You can refuel the car during your trip using the Neste card found inside the vehicle at Neste stations. The PIN code and detailed instructions can be found in the app when your reservation is active.
– Extend your reservation if needed directly in the app.
6. Return the car
– Return the car back to its designated home location, leave the keys inside
7. End the reservation in the app
– You can also take photos of the car at the end of your booking, if desired.
⛽ Omago’s prices include fuel. Charging of electric vehicles during the reservation must be paid by the user.
🛡️ Reservations include a €1250 deductible. You can reduce the deductible for an additional fee when making your reservation. The deductible is only charged if damage occurs to the vehicle during your reservation that requires repair.
