FAQ

Area cars have city-issued parking permits.
In Helsinki, you can park an area car for free in all residential parking zones, Z-parking areas, and time-limited zones (over 2 hours).
In Espoo, area cars can be parked for free in designated signed spots as well as on the city’s paid parking areas.
In Tampere, you can park the car in residential parking zones A–L.

You can make a reservation for as little as 15 minutes. There is no maximum reservation time.

Yes, you can. Omago cars can be driven anywhere within Finland. However, you can only end your trip within the car’s designated home area.

There is no notice period for memberships. You can cancel your membership at any time in the app. After cancellation, your membership will remain active until one month after your last monthly payment date.

All Omago cars are insured. The deductible is €1250, but you can reduce it by paying an additional fee per booking.
